I work with buyers and sellers throughout Volusia and Flagler counties, first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, and everything in between. Whatever stage you're at, I handle the full process personally: photography, marketing, negotiation, and coordination from listing to close.
One thing I've become known for: helping clients who can't be here in person manage every step. Whether you're relocating for family, handling a loved one's estate from out of state, or buying your Florida home from a thousand miles away, I act as your eyes, hands, and advocate on the ground, coordinating contractors and repairs, attending every inspection and showing, and handling cleanout or furniture removal when needed, so you don't have to fly back and forth. I'll be adding remote online notary (RON) soon, so out-of-state clients will be able to close without ever setting foot in Florida.
